10 October 2026 · Field report
After visits this summer, we are adding two small animal shelters in eastern Ukraine to our programme. Both are run almost entirely by volunteers. Both have taken in dogs and cats left behind in evacuated villages. And both have been running out of food and medicine every month.
What the programme brings
From this autumn, both shelters will receive regular deliveries of dog and cat food, vaccines and vet care through our vet van, and help with kennel repairs before winter. We are also funding neutering for their street cat colonies, so fewer kittens are born into hunger.
Following the money
As always, every delivery will be recorded and reported back to supporters. Thank you for helping us reach more animals that need us.
